Open auditions for the movie "Lexibaby" will be held at the Radisson Plaza Hotel on Thursday, April 24th from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00P.M., and on Friday, April 25th from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00P.M. The Radisson is located on 100 W. Michigan Ave., in Kalamazoo, MI 49007. For exact directions from your location click on this MapQuest link.
This section of the site has just been updated as of Monday, April 21. We have just added sections of dialog from the script that we will be using at auditions. If you are interested in auditioning for a specific character, again, this is the actual dialog you will be reading at auditions. So please use this to practice and help get into character. Feel free to print the scenes we have provided and bring them on Thursday and Friday. Please take advantage of this information to better prepare your self.
Character profiles and other information will be provided at the door. Again, we will be casting people that look between the ages of 20 and 50 years old. Come dressed casually and be prepared to memorize several short lines to read. There is no acting experience required to audition. However, if you do have any previous acting experience we encourage you to bring resumes or any additional information that you have available. If for any reason you can not make it to either of the dates scheduled, please contact us to make audition arrangements.
